Made to Order

Portee Goodshoes is a traditional shoemakers that will make a pair of your own individually designed shoes. You can specify your own upper materials, colours, choice of sole, heel, welt and finish specification. This is not a fully custom shoe,but a product of your own imagination from the collection and material we already possess.

Select a shoe from any of our collections, then choose from the colour and material options we carry in stock, to design your own shoes. To inspire you with ideas you can take a look at our gallery. It was of some very individual shoes we have made for people in the past. However, if you cannot see a style you like then don't hesitate in contacting us and we can help you to find a style which meets with your requirements.

Made to order shoes will take approximately 2-3 weeks in production.

Frequently asked questions regarding our Made To Order shoes

Q. How much will a pair of Portee GoodShoes Made to Order shoes cost me?

A. The cost will be vary, and will start from IDR 500.000 / US$60. Advance payment of IDR 100.000 will need to be taken before we made your order. Shipping is free in Indonesia.While for overseas order, full payment include shipping in advanced will need to be taken before we made your order. We only shipped with EMS.

Q. I'd like to know the price of shoes I just design before placing order?

A. You need to complete the submitting process do that. Don't worry, we wont charge you with anything after you design. We only make order that already been paid (advanced payment or paypal payment). Just make sure you fill email fields with active email address, because our staff will contact you with prices and payment info via email.

Q. What is a Made to Order Shoes?

A. Please read the writing above.

Q. How long are the production time?

A. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks (working days) production time. If it’s ready sooner or if it takes longer than expected we will inform you.

Q. Do I have to have EVA soles?

A. No, you can choose from a number of sole units. In stocks are leather and crepe sole for now to complete the various colour of EVA sole.

Q. Am I limited to what colour?

A. We offer dozens different suede and leather for you to choose from.We can even incorporate more than one colour or material in a pair of shoes.

Q. Do I have a choice of style?

A. We offer you a basic derby, chukka, boots, and loafers with some additional style like: wing tip, long wing, cap toe, slippers, tasseled, and many more. You can see our Porteefolio gallery or go to our Facebook page to find out each model.

Q. Is Portee GoodShoes only for men?

A. No, we have women sizes of 36-39. You ladies can place your order too.

Q. I change my mind about my order?

A. Order are final when payment are made. Please choose and consult to us carefully about your order before you made your payment.

Q. What happens if the shoes do not fit me?

A. Please consult your size to us very carefully. We do accept change sizes as long as the shoes haven't been worn. But your order will take another 3 weeks to made. So don’t hesitate to ask us your perfect fit.

Q. How many type of last do you have?

A. We now have 2 type of last for men and one for women. Our men last are US military spec last which have D width, and Italian last which are a bit narrow in C width. As for women, we have france last which have standard width. *Coming soon E width last for men.

Q. What happens if I do not like the shoes when I receive them?

A. Unfortunately when you have placed an order, with your own chosen style and colour of shoes, they are your own design and therefore we cannot give a refund for these shoes.
